“I had stayed in your good hotel many times. I love for the fact that the shopping mall is connected to the hotel that it makes it easy for shopping & accommodation. I love the hotel staff and even the door-man. Very good attitude. 1. The window is kind of dirty from outside. I can understand probably it's a year maintaince/cleaning by 3rd party. But still it does not look good for a 5-star hotel. 2. The hotel towels kind of off-colour (after many many wash). Hope to see new batch white white color the next time I check in. Thank you.”
