“very nice and quiet place - the onsen was also fantastic. Staff are polite and very helpful. For the onsen - may be also good to have some instructions on how to use the facilities - as some user/s could be first time using such facilities. Like the welcome birthday arrangement. provide tea spoon at pantry - after preparing coffee or tea - need tea spoon to stir. Would be good to have food delivery arrangement - especially for breakfast (maybe a simple cafe?). Good to also have directional sign for the footpath to Wyndham hotel.”
