“Beautiful hotel, spacious, clean rooms with a mini bar with drinks & snacks included. Lovely grounds, great for animal lovers like me. Great pool area, we had no problems getting a sun bed. Right on a beautiful beach, the staff do their best to remove the seaweed. The food was good, excellent breakfast and lunch buffet with lots of choice. The 4 restaurants are mostly very good but it gets a little repetitive after 2 weeks. It’s a shame only privilege members can use the restaurant next to the beach, (they will try to upsell this on check in). The entertainment staff work hard and do a good job. The shows were impressive but some shows are very similar, lots of dancing & acrobatics . The staff are wonderful, friendly and warm. Especially the beautiful ladies at the buffet Quetzabel, Alex & Angeles they really make you feel welcome. Overall it was a wonderful holiday and I would visit again.”
