“Not much. The beach is the only somewhat redeeming quality of this hotel. The entire complex is in disrepair. About 50% of the lights didnt work, the internet rarely worked - even when it worked, the signal wasnt strong enough to use it in 75% of the complex/room. They needed an additional payment up front simply to use the restaurant. Which they then stole the remaining unused balance from me. They charged an astronomical amount per night, and when I checked out a day early because of an internet and power outage issue - they wouldnt refund my last night of 6 nights booked. Completely empty hotel, which doesn't surprise me based on the greed. About 2 minutes of hot water available at any given time, so the outdoor bathtub feature is completely useless. Drain wouldnt plug to hold water. Plunge pool was also unusable. The toilet broke within the first day, but was fixed by repair guy. The mini fridge wouldnt close properly, so it barely worked. There is one small restaurant and no kitchen in the unit - so your options for food on this remote spot of beach are next to nothing. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Not sure why I thought id support a small mexican independent hotel, when there was a Marriott in town for 1/4 the price. Impossible to get to and from town from the hotel, without Uber or DiDi available in the town. No cell service. So youre at the mercy of the horrible internet service. Stay ANYWHERE else. Id have far less to complain about, if they had been fair and refunded my last unused night without an issue.”
