“The facilities were immaculate, comfortable, and clean. The photos don’t do the place justice. I had a gorgeous view and a giant patio. Wish there had been chairs outside but other than that - fantastic. The staff really made the stay. They remembered us and obviously communicated about who is where regarding guests as staff we hadn’t met yet knew our name and room number. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Outside of this, the staff was also very friendly. The food was amazing. I’d come back just to stay here! Thank you for making my mothers trip to Mexico so smooth and inviting! I appreciate the effort from your team.”
