“Our 8th visit. Love it. Understated with the most genuinely kind staff, fantastic food, never feels crowded. Tremendous service, great for families as it’s not a showy scene like some of the other upper tier resorts here. Kudos, once again to Saul, the manager at Arbol. He works so hard to give the personal touch to virtually every table at Arbol. Such a kind person, always remembers my family and I, by name every time we go back, recalls the dishes and drinks we like. Amazing guy, and the food at Arbol is amazing. Roberto at Arbol also another fellow we met a few years back when he worked at the Lazy River pool, remembered my young son by name after all these years. Another genuinely kind and attendant human. At the Lazy River, Geovanni and Sebastian, hardest working, sweetest guys, as was Samuel our awesome and responsive butler. As you can tell, the people and service make this Resort the best of the best. Some updating of the rooms may be in order in near future, but as the song goes, when it comes to their people and service: “don’t go changin’””
