“Very good location within the resort. All the facilities within easy reach. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The buffet was very good with a good selection of food which was well prepared and very clean. Would choose my time of year as there was a lot of seaweed at this time of year which the staff were struggling to clear away each day but were fighting a losing battle. To be fair it is all along the coastline at this time of year and not just at the resort. Would also benefit from the hotel enforcing a sunbed policy as people were reserving sunbeds around the pools with towels from 0630am each morning and then not turning up for a few hours. The hotel should remove towels from them if they are left unattended for an hour? Some of the rooms are a bit dated. We had 3 rooms, two of which were fine but the third was quite dated and in a very dark location with the balcony overlooking a wall so it never got any light in the room. We ended up paying extra to upgrade the room to a newly refurbished one with a better view so we could actually sit on the balcony.”
