“Great location that is close to town. The rooms are clean and present well, though they are small. Perfect size for a solo traveller. The staff are lovely, though you need Google translate if you can't speak Spanish. I stayed for 6 nights. My room was not cleaned in that time, which I am fine with, though I had to ask for more toilet paper and my bin for the toilet was not emptied at all. The bin was very small, so any other rubbish I had to leave on the floor. There were no bins in the complex. I had a pile of empty water bottles in my room too. There was no blanket on the bed, just sheets. I had to ask for a blanket. The hot water was intermittent, but mostly did not work. If you're tall you'll need to remember to duck your head every time you go to the bathroom as the door frame is low. The wifi was not very good. I rang the bell at reception multiple times to try and get it sorted and no one came. The second time I went to reception they came and when I asked about the WiFi I was told "no" and that I had to go to a restaurant for WiFi. I'm not sure if it was a systems error or what the issue was but it was not a great service all in all. The hotel is very close to the ocean, which is one of the reasons I chose it. I was at the hotel in June and the seaweed is collected and left to rot in the heat (33° celsius) on the beach. The stench was rancid and overpowering (it smelt like raw sewerage), so you could not sit by the pool. The smell started as soon as you turned into the street to the hotel and it was vile. I would not recommend this hotel.”
