“Quiet area The booking ad and pictures misrepresented the property.. There was no wardrobe or closer nor clothes rack. Neither was there desk or table with chairs eating area. No safe, no hair dryer, no daily housekeeping nor towel replacements until the day before we left, we were there seven nights. Typically hotels give water daily, not here. Even a request for toilet paper was ignored. There were no windows, therefore no fresh air or light. We often resorted to leaving our door open. The air conditioner was over the bed and dripped water. The bathroom light didn’t work, they did nothing to remedy. We asked to cancel but were refused without forfeiture of entire money. We contacted booking directly and they arranged a 30% discount. Overall very unprofessional, even failing to take our documentation on arrival.”
