“Nothing. The air conditioner in the living wasn't operating and front desk representative couldn't help with operating it to cool the room off. The shower head was horribly corroded, therefore we couldn't take a shower upon arrival. Patio door didn't lock, so that posed a safety hazard.. We couldn't be accommodated with another room per the front desk rep. After being there for a couple hours, I informed the front desk that we would be cutting our 3 day stay short and relocating to another location more suitable for temporarily living. We left early the next morning and checked in at The Yukatan Resort. I informed them that I would be contacting my bank for a refund if they themselves couldn't do it in a timely manner.”
