“This review is for the lounge. I was traveling for the World Cup and found myself with limited options to watch Mexico v S Korea. The bars and restaurants and plaza were packed. We found refuge in the Sheraton lobby bar. The atmosphere outside the hotel was chaotic and the lobby very busy, We entered a little out of sorts and because of the crowds we couldn’t find anywhere to sit or stand. Within seconds we were approached by staff and given a perch to stand in and drinks ordered. A few minutes later management approached us and offered us seats at a table they rearranged to accommodate us. The staff were amazing and attentive which is really something considering the game was so wild. Gustavo was running the show. Although the staff were fully committed to rooting for Mexico they never missed a beat. It was a highlight of our trip. Bravo!”
