Desde el día de nuestra llegada hasta el momento de nuestra salida, todos fueron amables, profesionales y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar. The pool area does not have an accessible restroom nearby. The only restroom requires guests to go downstairs, and guests coming from the beach area must first go upstairs and then downstairs to access it. This is inconvenient and difficult, especially for those with mobility challenges. The pool bar does not open until 10:30 a.m. Guests using the pool area earlier in the morning do not have access to drinking water. Providing coolers with bottled water around the pool area before the bar opens would be greatly appreciated.”
