“After spending 17 days at Live Aqua Residences Los Cabos, I’m wishing we had a few more days. This place has truly become our home away from home. The residences are beautiful, the views are incredible, and the amenities are excellent. But the reason we return year after year is simple: the people. One moment perfectly captured what makes this place so special. Antonio, Veronica, and Nicole from the sister villa property stopped by just to see us and give us a hug. Nobody asked them to—they simply took time out of their day to visit. That’s not something you get from a resort. That’s something you get from family. After years of coming here, those relationships mean more than any amenity ever could. Marisol at Live Aqua continues to be the heart and soul of the resort. She has a gift for making every guest feel welcome and important. Whether checking in on us or sharing a quick conversation, she always made us feel at home. Kevin and the front office team were fantastic throughout our stay. Friendly, professional, and always ready to help, they made everything easy from arrival to departure. Jorge and the transportation team were equally amazing. After 17 days, they felt more like friends than drivers, always greeting us with a smile and ready to help. Their warmth and consistency set the tone for each day, reinforcing the sense of connection that makes Live Aqua so memorable. It is rare to find a property where service feels this genuine, and even rarer to find a team that creates such a strong feeling of belonging. We spent plenty of time at the pool, and Armando and Jesus made every day exceptional. Their warm, attentive service, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate our needs kept us coming back day after day. They are tremendous ambassadors for Live Aqua and played a big part in making this one of our best stays yet. And then there’s Delia. She is an absolute gem. With family coming and going in our three-bedroom residence, things could get chaotic. More than once, I found myself tidying up before she arrived because she took such pride in her work. She always greeted us warmly and somehow made our residence look immaculate every day. I know I’m leaving out many names, and that’s on me. Over 17 days, so many people helped make our stay special.
