“Amazing place to stay! Guest experience is truly at the heart of everything at Gunbaru. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt super well looked after by the amazing people at Gunbaru - nothing is too much trouble. The trips they can organise, especially snorkelling, are exceptional, and very good value. We swam with mantas, sharks, dolphins, turtles and an abundance of tropical fish. We also saw turtles 5 times at the edge of the reef right off Gunbaru beach (around 4pm seems to be a good time to catch them). Ukulhas has a fantastic house reef, and you can lose yourself for hours on the lush beaches or swimming in the warm water. Awesome breakfast and food available at Gunbaru. Whole place spotlessly clean. Great attention to detail at this wonderful family run guesthouse. I'd recommend it to anyone on a budget wanting a top value trip to the Maldives.”
