“The room, balcony and location. The room was extremely hot so we put the AC on and went out for dinner. When we returned the room floor was covered in water from a leaking AC unit. No staff are on site. We had to use all of the towels to mop up the water. I called the owner three times and left many messages. I am still waiting for a response! Because it was so hot we had to try and sleep with the window open. Due to flies heat and noise we got very little sleep. We had to search the building to find the laundry store to get towels to have a shower. It was not appalling service but no service at all. I hate to think what would happen if it was a real emergency. DO NOT USE.”
