“This would have been a good holiday if it wasn’t for lack of air conditioning in our room . The hotel have total control of the air conditioning in rooms and turned it off every day from 8am until 3pm Just when you need it most, the room took hours to cool down again once it was switched on again. Despite numerous complaints to reception they lied to us claiming initially it was faulty , we only found out from a repairman that they actively turn it off and did nothing other than provide a fan. If I had known that this was the case at this hotel I would not have booked. I booked a comfort plus room it was far from comfortable. There were good points to this hotel , the WiFi was excellent as were the majority of staff, but I would never come back due to the lack of air conditioning and can’t wait to get home. Not worthy of a 4 star lots or half done repair work and faults.”
