“Overall, I really liked this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was kind and helpful. The price was higher than I would normally pay but I would have recommended the hotel up until the time of check out. When I checked in, I explained I had booked on Travelocity. They said, "Oh, online booking", appeared to look at a paper, and then handed me a key. When I checked out, however, they asked me for payment. I showed them my booking that said I had paid online. They insisted they have no relationship with Travelocity and that I needed to pay in cash. My original booking cost $194, but they charged me $200 and charged me an artificially high exchange rate. So, the second payment cost about $12 more than the first. Now, I have to tried to get my money back from Travelocity. So, at this point, I will no longer stay at this hotel or recommend it to my visitors like I have done in the past. ”
