“Very pleasantly surprised that the Management upgraded me to the large suite from the first night, when I arrived alone. This was a very kind and sensitive gesture as it avoided me having to move rooms the next day. I was also touched that Fatima remembered that I was in great pain from a sore back last time I was at the hotel in March 25. She enquired if all was OK, and if I needed any help at all!”
