“The hotel did not match the photos and description on Booking.com. Many facilities advertised were missing. There was no shower, no air conditioning, no TV, poor lighting, and the toilet was dirty. The room conditions were much worse than expected. I have photos as evidence. Very bad hotel. There is no shower, only a small dirty toilet. I made my reservation through Booking and the photos looked very nice, but when I arrived I found that many of the facilities and services shown on Booking were not available. There was no air conditioning, no proper lighting, no reception service, and no TV. The description and photos do not match the reality. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.”
