“We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean, making for a very comfortable experience. The level of service was truly excellent from check-in to check-out. What stood out most was the impeccable staff. Every team member was professional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome and cared for. Their hospitality made a great stay even more memorable. We want to extend our special kudos to Imane at the reception and Amshad at the service for breakfast. These 2 individuals are really the true definition of what an excellent, outstanding customer service satisfaction means, always smiling, caring, greeting everyone with respect.
