“I like the personal from the hotel (breakfast, pool, coach, massage). I like the view and the cleaning people. I like the easy parking. We visisted during low season (20% capacity). I also liked the family time in a good and relaxing athmosphere. The hotel itself is pleasant and the thermal facilities are enjoyable, but be aware that the advertised room rate do not include thermal-pool access. In our case, the final bill increased by more than 50% essentially once breakfast and pool access were added. The additional charges were not unreasonable on their own, especially when compared to European or US SPA resort. However, the overall pricing felt less transparent than expected. Be also aware that they price the pool 200MAD per entry per person (this is how I was priced but I had the feeling that they may give you a better price if you negotiate).”
