“Hotel room, location, food and service were exceptional! The KBC kite school didn't meet my expectations, in comparison to other KBC locations (such as Egypt and Lisbon), they weren't very helpful or engaged in creating a community - they only serve as a storage space, but they don't really help much with kite setup or recommendations on which kite size to take, and they didn't help arrange any visits to Speed or Secret spot, we had to do this externally. We also lost some gear and they didn't show any interest in helping find it and wouldn't even reply to whatsapp messages. Overall hotel is lovely though, wish they would improve the kite school service.”
