“Having views from one of the rooms of the site was fantastic. Staff were courteous and friendly. The rooms were good. Breakfast and pool facility were very good The aircon in one of the rooms did not have the same power as the other room which made sleeping difficult. The carpark outside was plagued by a man who kept telling us he was security and we had to pay for the carpark. The hotel told us that parking is free and to not give any money to him. Chased us again when we checked out. If this man has no authority, he should not be letting people believe they must pay as this brings down the lasting impression of the hotel.”
