“Pros: The rooms were pleasant and actually exceeded our expectations. Cons: The staff is not the most welcoming, and we would have appreciated a much more customer-oriented approach. We were initially assigned an accessible room (for people with disabilities), where everything is configured differently. When we suggested changing it to a standard room, we were asked twice why we wanted to switch, and the staff visibly grimaced/scowled. We also requested more heat in the room, which once again seemed to annoy them. A bit more guest orientation—and perhaps a few more smiles—would go a long way in making the stay more pleasant.”
