“I liked that the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was also extremely clean – I could literally feel how fresh and spotless it was the moment I stepped inside 1. The bathroom facilities were in poor condition. There was peeling paint on the ceiling, cracked wall tiles, and the shower mixer looked poorly installed and outdated. 2. It was very loud due to poor soundproofing. I am not even counting the proximity to the airport, as I expected that noise, but the walls are so thin that you can hear absolutely everything happening in the hallway. It woke me up early in the morning, so I had to use earplugs to continue sleeping (and I am not usually sensitive to noise). 3. While it is possible to leave your luggage after check-out, nobody is at the reception from 2:30 PM till 5:30 PM. Since my train was at 5:40 PM, I had to pay extra to leave my bags at the railway station, which was very inconvenient.”
