“Unfortunately this place was not what the ad said. We arrived to find the place not expecting to have guests. After a bit of convincing and showing the confirmation we got our room. The room was nice and the surrounding area was beautiful, lots of birds, monkeys and the occasional mongoose on the premises. Lovely! Unfortunately the staff didn’t speak English save the manager who was never on the premises but had to be contacted via telephone. The breakfast was ok. The pool was not in service and we doubt the staff knows how to properly operate one. The pumps were not running, it was full of debris and the water was milky but they said we could go in since it had been chlorinated. Don’t do your laundry there, despite guarantee that it would be done within 12h it was wet upon getting it back after +24h.”
