“Horrible and disgusting and such poor service. We spoke with the hotel's reservation a couple of hours before arrival to confirm our 2 rooms and they confirmed back. When arriving there was initially nobody and reception and then a whirlwind of confusion started. Clearly our rooms weren't ready, staff we're sprinting to start to clean rooms and even kicked out a family out of one of our rooms who then had to run over the lawn with their belongings and stuff in their hands. In the meanwhile no staff to come inform us of anything but we saw mayhem happening before our eyes. We have 3 young kids and waiting in the evening when they are sleepy and hungry was not pleasant. When finally "finding" our own room and dragging our own luggages, they indicated the rooms were just needing "touch up", when we entered the room it was just so disgusting, there were even cockroaches in the bathroom. The staff were unhelpful and rude , we ended up leaving and booked another hotel nearby. The whole experience was so unbelievably bad! ”
