“Breakfast was good. Location was close to the city. We didn't receive the room we booked in. No view, two single beds instead of a double bed, no wifi access, no water bottles, tea, coffee maker or kettle in the room, no mini bar, the hot water shower was very slow and not enough water to have a shower, there were several cockraches in the room from the first moment we stepped in, no sound proof ability in the room as mentioned. No working desk as mentioned. The TV wasn't working either. The roof was dropping water on the floor through the night. When complained about the room being mixed up and missing what we ordered the management was giving excuses that the previous booked in people haven't left yet. But if we have booked they should provide the booked room. At the end the card payment machine was running low on battery and had to make a bank transfer to pay them. Fortunately had the bank transfer ability. Very dissapounted how they treat the clients. The outside of the room everywhere smelled a lot with cigarrete smoke although was mentioned as no smoking.”
