“This stay was a bit disappointing overall. We originally booked this place because it advertised free laundry service (up to 2 kg, if I remember correctly). However, upon arrival, we were told that this offer only applies if you stay for more than two nights — something that was not clearly mentioned anywhere before booking. Additionally, the booking system did not allow us to reserve a triple room, even though we were three people. As a result, we had to pay for two rooms, but in the end, we were given one triple room and one double room, which was confusing. The rooms also had a very unpleasant smell that did not go away, which made our stay less comfortable. On the positive side, the location was very good and convenient.”
