“We specifically booked The Suite Room because it had a bath, as my wife loves a good bath. UNfortunately the bath was broken, so unusable and to make matters worse, the shower ran out of hot water after approx 45 seconds, so we couldn't even get a decent shower. To be fair to the staff, they really tried to solve this issue, but were unable to and in the end they offered to swap us to much smaller rooms, which were actually in much better condition than ours, which was the most expensive room. Breakfast was good with friendly and polite service. In conclusion, the staff are great, the double rooms are nice with plenty of hot water. Just don't book the Suite Room until they've refurbished it. It's unfit for purpose.”
