“I stayed her for 3 nights. A few items were missing (stolen) from my room. These items lost had sentimental value to me as well as it cost me $200. I told the front desk twice and was told that management would look into it and get back to me. Two weeks later after asking the front desk twice and emailing the hotel, I heard nothing. I know that I will never get back what I lost but though the hotel would take responsibility for my lost items. Apparently, they don't care. They could have at least credited my room or even an apology. Be careful of your valuable stuff if anyone ever decides to stay here. I have stayed at Don Chan every year for the past 5 years but will never stay again because they don't value their customers. The sauna also had no smoking signs up. People were smoking in there. I can't deal with smoke. I told the staff and they didn't care to say anything to the smokers either. ”
