“This hotel gives false advertising. Most of the rooms are on the basement which they called the first floor. After much discussion they agreed to put us in one of the few rooms upstairs and then next day they demanded we had to move to the basement. We left. They also state online they are near the river and that’s not the case at all. Also they claim the hotel is close to centre and it’s very far. The staff are kind nevertheless and the breakfast was at best decent. The room was spacious and clean though they put us in the front on the busy street. Also where next door there is a huge amount of garbage refuse from the building next door. I don’t recommend this place and I rarely would advise as such. Don't call the basement the first floor.”
