“absolutely loved our stay here so much! first time to stay in yongsan this time and we were happy with our hotel choice. its near the train station and a mall with lots of restaurants to choose from. our room was definitely spacious compared to staying in myeondong! as a platinum member, we were also upgraded and given a complimentary bottle of wine, which we appreciated! it was such a very comfortable stay! couldn't ask for more except maybe for more time as wasn't able to try out their pool and their lounge :) we loved their breakfast! missing the beef galbi and the beef bulgogi! but the highlight of our stay was the concierge team who was very accommodating with our inquiries and patiently helped us in booking transportations. we appreciate the staff member who looks Western (I think her name is Pauline based from the other review) and the tall guy who was such a great help when we were checking out and transferring to another hotel last april 18. unfortunately i wasn't able to get his name. will definitely go back here next time!”
