“The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern and comfortable rooms and a nice ocean view. There is a fried chicken restaurant operated by the hotel on the ground floor, which was very convenient, and having a GS25 convenience store right downstairs was also a big plus. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The location was the biggest drawback. It is quite far from most of Jeju Island’s main attractions, making it inconvenient for travelers who want to explore the island without spending a lot of time driving. The hotel only provided small hand towels and floor towels, with no standard bath towels in the room. We were told that pool towels were available for an additional charge, which was disappointing. The breakfast was also expensive for the size and variety of the buffet. Communication could be difficult as most staff members spoke very limited English, and the level of service varied depending on who was assisting us.”
