“Staff is nice, enironment is awsome. Indoor spa was nice and everything clean. Liked the courses and the interior design.Rooms are well noise isolated. Too many inconsiderate parents. I am not talking about kids crying during breakfast or laughter at the pool. This is the music of our future, I get it. I am talking about kids riding the bike in the mindfulness hall and punching into the piano with their fists. Plastic toys floating in the pool like garbage. Babys less than a year old in the jacuzzi. Kids running and screaming in the hallway during meditation class. The hotel is kid unfriendly, no playground, no kids program, no kids menu. We went there for relaxation but the main customers are families with babies, toddlers and kids under the age of 6. For this price I expected a mindful, peaceful weekend. What I got is inconsiderate parents and unhappy kids around me. And the staff was super friendly but unhelpful with bringing it under control. I don't get the concept.”
