“Believe the hype — it looked even better than the photos and exceeded expectations. Exceptionally clean throughout, with a beautiful scent in reception and all common areas; lifts, halls, and room were spotless. Accommodation very spacious (more like a premium junior suite), modern, and thoughtfully designed with artistic painted sliding doors for added privacy. Excellent mountain and city views, plus a small glimpse of the ocean. Great amenities including a washing machine/dryer, gym, self-serve water refill, and easy access to towels without waiting for housekeeping. Staff were consistently excellent and very helpful. Location was superb for dining, amenities, and transport. Only minor personal point: no USB charging ports in the room, so you’ll need a Korean two-pin adapter with USB if charging devices. I had one already, so it wasn’t an issue.”
