“Location We had local family of my girlfriend with us so booked their own room. At first, they were only going to stay one day so i had booked 1 day, then they decided to stay all 3 days that we were staying. I found no way to add days on here so i messaged TITO and they said they would accommodate. I told them that on here it was something like $55 difference and I would pay it when i got there and they replied back that there will be no extra charge. I thanked them and planned on finding out how many staff worked and was going to tip them all. When we checked in that person didnt know anything about the change apparently. I tried to show them the messages on the app but she didnt seem interested and assuming she didnt ready english? When we checked out, i was asked to pay almost $70 for the extra 2 nights. We already had our driver for a 2hr trip waiting with our bags loaded so I just paid and left. All in it was only about $15 more than I was willing to pay so not a big deal but It was more the lack of communication between who i was talking to on here and the staff working the front desk”
