“+ great location, garden and staff -/- nothig works and place is getting quite run down and not maintained. Value for money is poor but at lower rate would still be nice place to stay. Visit of 3 adults with 3 rooms booked. The garden and balcony's are really the great feature of the hotel, just loved all the green. Hotel is in great location and overall staff is great. Paricular positive mention to Saro! Light switches dont work, aircons leaking right over electric wiring, beds not in great shape and so on.... In one of the rooms the toilet was blocked and my mum of 71 was told she would have to do without toilet for the night..!? No apologies and no fix. Got overcharged for one room. ”
