“You get out if your transport and you go through an opening into Paradis! To me it is unique, the amazing large pool surrounded by beautiful well cared for tropical trees and bougainvillea. The rooms on all four sides of the pool area look lovely with either a pretty terrace or very large balcony and all large with a large bathroom and separate shower. At night the whole gardens and rooms are magic. Gentle sounds of frogs in the small pools , all stunningly light up with orange hues. Easy walking to all that Siem Reap offers, from shops, bars restaurants and more. Tuk tuks are just outside and you can rely on the staff to help hire one. Hire a car for the day to visit Angkor wat, I had a super knowledgeable driver called So Pheap who originated from Angkor area. He was really helpful and painted a super true picture of Angkor. The young team at La niche are so helpful, nothing is to difficult, they maintain the gardens and do the rooms to an extremely high standard. Restaurant is also excellent and a good variety of authentic Khmer cooking as well as western tastes. Large variety of dishes ranging from eggs bacon pastries to Asian dishes. A must to visit, I am going back early next year.”
