“The staff were very friendly throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the restaurant staff, who was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. They did an amazing job and really made our stay more enjoyable. The location is fantastic and the beach is beautiful (in our opinion the most beautiful on the island). The overall vibe of the hotel is incredible, with tasteful architecture and design that creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was good (escpecially breakfast), and the drinks were excellent and reasonably priced. The beach is open to everyone, not just hotel guests. As a result, there is quite a lot of wear and tear, and at times there were people on the beach who were loud, inconsiderate, and unfriendly. It might improve the experience if the hotel introduced a minimum spend to use the beach furniture, or reserved the loungers exclusively for hotel guests. The rooms are nice, but there are a few small details that could be improved. The shower water pressure in our jungle room was very weak and temperature is not adjustable. We did not expect luxury, but a bit more than a few drops at a time would have been appreciated (one can not use the sink/toilet/ shower simultaneously). In addition, the toilet does not have a door, which meant mosquitoes could easily gather in the toilet area at night. We were also picked up around 35 minutes late from our ferry and had to wait in the midday heat. Again, this was not a major issue, but it is exactly these small details that make a big difference to the overall quality of the customer experience.”
