“The staff were wonderful. They were kind, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is right across the street from a ski lift and ski school. There’s a convenience store across the street, but without a car that convenience store is all of your food options. The room was disgusting! Sticky spots and stuff on the floor. My socks stuck to the carpet! They even write on the paper “will not clean room.” They gave us a room with three beds and the nice window view bed wasn’t even made. The sauna was closed with a baby seat inside it. Like they closed it to use as storage. The hotel needs a serious restoration and remodeling. The wallpaper in our room was cracking, peeling, and had exposed staples. The Onsen needs some r&r. The breakfast was good!”
