“Really wonderful staff! They made our two day stay so special and wonderful with their genuine hospitality, friendliness and kindness. I have to mention the free guided multilingual morning walk offered by the hotel. Our guide/staff member walked us through various popular sightseeing spots and shared some fun anecdotes and offered more in-depth stories of local culture/history with an App which we could listen to with our phones. It was a great opportunity to take photos since there weren’t that many people in early morning. Then of course, the fantastic views provided by the hotel are indeed remarkable. Beautiful views of Tokyo, sky tree, Asakusa temple, shrine, tower, etc., day and night, are one of the highlights of my trip to Japan. Thanks!!! The air conditioner leaked a little bit on the first day we checked in. But it somehow self healed? before we had any chance to ring for help.”
