“Did not use the laundry service.Room is clean and the staffs are excellent- super friendly, helpful, courteous and polite. Location is great - within walkable distance to eateries, public transportation n tourist sites. Have a great view of Tokyo Skytree on the hotel rooftop. Free coffee n tea at the reception area. Unlike most hotels in Tokyo, the room is really spacious and can fit in a double bed and a sofa bed. Will definitely stay in this hotel again. They took care of my luggages when I visited Nikko for 3 days and when I came back, my luggage’s were already placed inside my room”
