“The staff was very friendly. The amenities/ luxuries in hotel lobby were good. Coffee/ tea facilities were free, working space available. Access to washing machine and dryer. Beds in room very comfortable and spacious. Very secure, needed to tap your room key in lift as most hotels but additional access required on hotel room floor. Allowed to check in 3 hours early and check out late for additional fee.. reasonable price. Very Close to Tokyo station, restaurants and Lawsons mini mart for essentials. Hotel situated in lane way... not very inviting on initial arrival. Room was very small, only stayed 1 night and would of been very uncomfortable if staying for a few days. Travelled for 2 weeks in Japan and this was the smallest space. Bathroom was also very small, would of been better if toilet was separate like other hotels. No robe/ closet available because room was small but wall hooks with hangers would of been very useful.”
