“Location was great, just a few steps from Ueno station and Ueno restaurants area. I appreciated that they kept our luggages until the check-in time, which was 3PM. It was also a nice touch to offer tea and coffee in the lobby. Staff was welcoming and kind. I will be honest, the room is tiny but it has everything you need. Special note: be mindful that it is nearly impossible to have 2 big luggages open on the floor at the same time. This was NOT a problem for us but it might be for other travellers. The thing I liked the least was the bed AND pillows, which were really hard in my opinion.”
