“The rooms were great. 22nd floor with view of downtown and Mt Fuji. Loved the towel replacement service each day. Beds were comfortable, shower was awesome. Breakfast was outstanding - best we had on our two week trip to Japan. Have never experienced such a wide variety of good quality food to eat for breakfast. Location was excellent. In a newer area of Tokyo with lots of shopping, restaurants, convenience stores and grocery store only 5 minute walk away. Was also only a few minutes from the train station to get to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Yokohama, and Tokyo main station. It is a little bit of trek by train to get to the Shinigawa Shinkansen, but Uber was less than 15 minutes away, so not an issue. We would stay here again. Only thing I did not like was that that the outlet and charging ports were so far away from the bed, so had to walk to the desk to turn off my iPhone alarm in the morning - a minor inconvenience. Would have been nice to have a charging unit between the beds.”
