“The location is fantastic, close to several subway/train stations. There are many shops, restaurants, cafes and more around. The room was spacious for Tokyo standards, and really comfortable. All the bath products were really good. They had the best sleepwear ever! The staff was friendly, helpful and really nice. The hotel also has several convenient services like luggage transport, storage, washing machines, vending machines, etc. We enjoyed our stay and will come back whenever we are in Tokyo. There are only two washing machines for the entire hotel, so it can be difficult to do your laundry if you are in a rush or short on time. However, the hotel staff can help when people forget their laundry inside the washing machine, as the machine is locked and no one else can use it otherwise.”
