The hotel itself is well presented, and service throughout the stay was consistently professional and accommodating. Staff were responsive to requests and created a smooth overall experience. Rooms, however, are compact. For travellers moving through Japan with luggage, space becomes a real limitation. There isn’t much room to properly unpack or organise, which is worth factoring in for longer stays. What truly stood out was the level of care from the staff. When my wife lost her phone during the trip, one of the team members, Jinn (apologies if the name is slightly off), went above and beyond to assist. She coordinated with local authorities and made a genuine effort to help us recover it. That moment shifted our perspective, not just on the hotel, but on the broader standard of service in Japan. It reflected a level of ownership and guest care that goes beyond transactional hospitality. Key insight: This is a well-located, efficiently run hotel, but it’s the people that elevate the experience. Would I return? Yes, particularly for the service reliability and location.
