“Hotel New Otani Tokyo The Main, which we chose for our honeymoon, provided a flawless stay where we were completely satisfied with every single detail. Our spacious, airy, and beautifully designed room offered every comfort, including an air purifier and high-quality speakers, while daily housekeeping and the replenishment of complimentary amenities were done impeccably. The hotel's location is extremely close to the metro, making transportation incredibly easy, and we experienced absolutely no communication issues thanks to the staff's friendly, respectful approach and excellent English. Although we didn't have the chance to fully experience the main restaurants, the delicious bakery treats sent from Satsuki and their thoughtful honeymoon surprise truly won our hearts. We cannot wait to try their dining options on our next trip to Tokyo, and I highly recommend this hotel not only for couples but also for families seeking comfort and business travelers alike. We will definitely be back! There was absolutely nothing we disliked about the hotel; we literally loved everything! However, I would like to share a quick point as feedback for the hotel management and to make things much easier for future guests: Google Maps doesn't necessarily give incorrect directions, but it doesn't show the shortest or most efficient route from the hotel to the metro. It directs you outside from "The Main" building and shows a long route toward Yotsuya Station. However, if you walk through the inside of the hotel to the Garden Tower building and exit from the door there, you can reach Akasaka-mitsuke metro station by walking just about 50 meters. Since the hotel is huge and grand, you only end up walking a bit indoors, and you walk 50 meters at most outside. The metro station is actually right in front of the hotel, so other guests planning to stay here shouldn't look at the map and think that the metro is far away.”
