“The hotel is well-placed in a quiet area and very close to Tokyo's main attractions. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and it's good to have them at reception when help is needed, such as ordering a taxi or needing more clothes hangers. Many good supermarkets are in the area, with Life at Tokyo Skytree being in our view the best. All summed up, after being there twice, we are very happy and will go there again in the future. The lack of a dedicated wardrobe area. We also would have preferred to have a few plates and cutlery that would come in handy when eating food purchased at Supermarkets. Everything else we needed was provided and working fine.”
